Refund Policy
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 14d days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Delivery Time
- An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
